Manholes are the primary points of access to your community’s underground infrastructure. In order to reduce infiltration/inflow (I/I) and to prioritize manhole maintenance/rehabilitation needs, it’s important for your team to perform regular manhole inspections.
The AssetAlly Manhole Inspection Tool streamlines the inspection process, giving your team portable, digital access to previous inspection data and the ability to efficiently complete new inspections on-the-go.
there are two ways to access your Community’s manhole inspection data in AssetAlly:
Utilize the portal page to search for finalized inspections by basin and/or date. Keep in mind that you currently cannot add new inspection data via this method.
2. Additionally, you can manage your manhole inspection data by clicking on the manhole feature in your AssetAlly application to access the structure dashboard.
From here, you will find the “Inspections” tab with the option to “Add New Inspection.”
The Inspection form is broken down into 4 categories:
Observation/Lid
2. Frame/Seal
3. Chimney/Cone
4. Barrel/Bench
